Development history, infrastructure, and business operations are maintained separately from the distributed application. The source archive includes the preferred source form and build files needed for the browser application.
The application mirrors unmodified, checksum-verified firmware from bitaxeorg/ESP-Miner and shufps/ESP-Miner-NerdQAxePlus. Both are licensed under GPL version 3. The flasher provides a corresponding tagged source archive beside each firmware release.
Design and implementation research included bitaxeorg/bitaxe-web-flasher and shufps/nerdqaxe-web-flasher, both licensed under GPL version 3.
The GPL license covers the application software. It does not grant rights to use the Solo Satoshi name, logo, or other source-identifying marks. Modified versions must not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Solo Satoshi LLC. Upstream names and marks belong to their respective owners.
